Is there a student activity fund management tool for that works for my entire district?
It has to be easy for the elementary schools, but have enough complexity for the high school and district office to get the information they need.

We saw a problem in education: student activity funds solutions are outdated, inefficient, and frustrating. Schools were juggling multiple systems, leading to errors, inefficiencies, and a lack of transparency. It was a burden on administrators, teachers, parents, and students.
When we set out to build Account Tree, we knew we couldn’t just create an
other tool. We had to understand the real pain points first. So, we asked questions and we listened.
We spoke with school district administrators, school principals, and school treasurers, to better understand their challenges. The common theme? Existing tools were clunky, confusing, and required too much training. Schools didn’t need more complexity—they needed a simple, transparent, and easy-to-use solution.
So we started planning and building. We didn’t realize it then, but we weren't just creating software, we were going to revolutionize the way student activity funds are managed.
As we grew, we kept learning. We refined the platform based on real feedback, ensuring it truly solved schools' transparency and efficiency challenges while always keeping usability for all levels a top priority. Our goal isn’t just to help schools manage money—it is to empower students, parents, and educators to be part of the process.
And this is just the beginning. Our growth leads to more conversations, more ideas, and gives us a greater understanding of what you need - And that’s what we’re building.
